Absolutely! The suffering of people we are close to or care about also has a big impact on us and our relationships. I help you take care of yourself, set boundaries and communicate your own needs in a healthy way so that you can stay healthy and happy and continue to support the person in a sustainable way.


I will ask you what brings you to me. Then I will tell you a little about my work and we will discuss any next steps.


I do not diagnose. However, I am trained to recognise mental illnesses and can help you to get a medical diagnosis from a medical doctor if you want (e.g. if you want medication for depression, anxiety, or to support ADHD).


You chose the frequency and amount of session, depending on your need, time and financial capacity. Some people book a single appointment to discuss a solution to a short-term problem. Some people come weekly over the course of a few months. Most meetings are approximately every two weeks over the course of about half a year to a year.


You can text, email, or call if you would like to cancel or postpone your appointment. I have a policy of 48 hours notice or a doctors note in short-term cancellations.

I grew up in a migrant family in Germany in the 90s and 00s and then moved to England to study and live, where I then lived for almost 10 years.


After working as a lecturer in Communication Studies and Political Science, I worked on an animal sanctuary in Sweden for almost a year. Then I decided to train as a psychological counsellor.


After moving to Berlin as a state-licensed psychological counsellor, I then worked in the inclusion department of an elementary school, offering group programs and 1-to-1 sessions for both neurodivergent and queer adolescents and their adults.


Before I founded Wishing Well, I began my work as a volunteer guardian to a teenager.


Also, I know what it's like to  navigate a neurotypical world with an abundance of attention, chaos in thought and emotions, and a sensitive nervous system - hello adult ADHD diagnosis!
